Here it is again, your lovely use of oils! How long did this take to finish? And how many layers did you work in? You manage to get such a good blend that really makes the yellow shine, but not too much. Did you use a lot of color theory to make this?

As said... My colors turn gray which makes me hate oils. :(

I don't remember how long this took me to finish. This is maybe 3 layers of paint? Anyway it's really old and I didn't know what I was doing when I painted this. You should always 'use' colour theory when you are painting in with colours... it is like 'using' anatomy to draw human figures. It takes practice to learn how to paint and keep a bright/clean palette, I'd say try not to mix things too much.

i like how the wheels in the back are not painted like the rest, it gives it depth and makes the skull pop out more
nice composition and colors too!
